Polo DOT Office Park, Construction

Phase One construction is underway on POLO DOT, a new high-rise office park in Buenos Aires being developed by Argentinian real estate developer, IRSA.

This office park will provide premium commercial space to a growing work force that desires a more contemporary, accessible and salutogenic work environment. Amid the regional expansion occurring in and around Buenos Aires, POLO DOT is participating in a rejuvenated identity for the surrounding area, establishing it as a dynamic enclave in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area.

Process

Included in Phase One is the rehabilitation and adaptation of a preexisting 1930s factory building, the former Philips Factory, to allow the vertical expansion of four additional floors, creating approximately 30,000 square meters of commercial space. Construction is estimated to last between 18 and 24 months.
