Phase One construction continues to progress on Polo Dot, a new high-rise office park in Buenos Aires being developed by Argentinian real estate developer, IRSA.

Included in Phase One is the rehabilitation and adaptation of a preexisting 1930s factory building, the former Philips Factory, to allow the vertical expansion of four additional floors, creating approximately 30,000 square meters of commercial space. Construction is estimated to last between 18 and 24 months.
