Pamplona Housing Development

A Component of Regional Urbanization

Located in the north of Spain, on the outskirts of Pamplona, this housing complex is part of the Master Plan for a region called Huarte, which is currently being urbanized. Developed by Miguel Rico and Associates, the project consists of three buildings, and contains 178 units.

Categorization of Space

Two of the three buildings are government subsidized, and provide 118 units of affordable housing. The complex also contains 260 spaces in two levels of underground parking and has a 3,000 square foot retail component.
